Target group: Decision-makers and employees involved in improvements within operational production processes and/or warehouse management.


Purpose: Identify areas in production where increased automation can improve productivity, quality, and working environment.


Duration: 12 weeks


Format: Physical meeting at the company's premises, including a tour/review of operational processes.






Content:

1. Review of selected production processes over 3-4 hours, dialogue about improvements, summarization in a report with suggestions for technological solutions and prioritization recommendations

2. Relevant technology areas include robotics and automation, AI and sensor technology, as well as AM (Additive Manufacturing) as a production method.
